When I was forced to retire during the pandemic, I lost the dental insurance you accept, but decided your practice has meant so much to me over nearly 40 years when our boys started with Dr. John that I chose to continue and pay out of pocket. I am so glad I did!! Yesterday I was welcomed back by a very gracious Will at the front desk and then received the best cleaning I ever had under Christina's professional and competent hands. I want you to know she represented the best of everything you share so well on your website. From the moment I was greeted and saw her name displayed at my eye level, I felt in good hands. Christina took the time during the entire cleaning to explain what she was doing and made me feel in partnership with my dental health. Her recommendations were clear and she even took photos of a tooth she was "Watching" so I could understand her concerns. It felt like she was gently power washing my teeth and left me with a big smile and warm feelings that I made the right choice to stick to my favorite practice no matter what. You are the best! Of course I really miss Dr. John and Sally's updates about the family, yet I'm thrilled to know your practice is flourishing and fulfilling your goal to help your patients stay healthy and happy. I just had a filling here: 15 minutes, no Novocaine, no pain, no restrictions on eating and drinking. It feels like nothing happened, except now seeds aren't getting caught in the pit in my back molar. Best dental procedure experience I've ever had.
